WinStorm
This manual can also be referenced for HouStorm. The only differences between WinStorm and HouStorm are that HouStorm is tailored to City of Houston criteria for the starting water surface elevation for the hydraulic grade line calculation; the "b", "d", and "e" coefficients for rainfall intensity; the runoff coefficients or "C" values.
Small Watershed Detention Calculator
This program is for hydrograph development which is useful in the design of detention facilities serving relatively small watersheds as described by the Malcolm Method. The calculator determines the storage volume required for an increase in imperviousness between existing and proposed conditions utilizing the City of Houston design criteria.
HEC-HMS
A hydrologic modeling system designed to simulate the precipitation-runoff processes of dendritic watershed systems.
HEC-RAS
An integrated system designed to perform one-dimensional hydraulic steady and unsteady flow water surface profile calculations for a full network of natural and constructed channels.

A storm sewer modeling program that can be used to determine the behavior of a branched and/or looped storm sewer network under dynamic rainfall and tailwater conditions.
